| Anti-Cancer Activity Screening |
|
We have access to a complete range of human and murine cancer cell lines for use in in vitro and in vivo cancer screening models. Protocols are as per National Cancer Institute (NCI), USA that can be modified as per client request.
Special competencies of our partners include:
|
Evaluation of the in vivo activity using various Human xenografts implants in nude athymic mice models, Carcinogen-induced lung, colon, skin, and breast tumor studies.
Evaluation of in-vitro anticancer effect including proliferation, cytotoxicity, apoptosis and cell cycle analysis & Hollow fiber assay
Diverse kind of Human cell lines include human bladder, breast, cervix, prostate, pancreas, colon, etc. Screening with wide array of cell lines maximizes chances of identifying the activity
All in vitro studies done in triplicate.
Molecular mechanism can be identified with the help of MTT assay, Comet assay, DNA adducts, Apoptosis (TUNEL) assay, Western blot analysis, Immunoprecipitation and Kinase assays.
